The Position: We are currently seeking a reliable, and skilled Labourer to join our rapidly growing construction crew. In this role, you will deliver exceptional quality work alongside a team of highly-skilled professionals in both commercial and residential settings. To succeed in this position, you will be motivated, dedicated, hardworking and a true team player, with a passion for the trade and a deep sense of pride in your work.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ensuring quality work is completed on time
· Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
· Provide consistent, regular project updates to crew
· Minimize waste and maximize efficiency to reduce costs
· Demonstrate a general knowledge of construction best practices
· Maintain excellent client relationships and procure new clients
· Other tasks as delegated by the supervising members
Requirements:
· Students welcomed
· No experience required
· Willingness to learn
· Punctual, reliable and honest
· Required to use hand and power tools
· Must have reliable vehicle and driver’s license
· Able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
Additional Information:
· Compensation to be negotiated
· Occasional, part-time position with the possibility of full-time seasonally.
· Hours may vary based on project.
