During the home building process awareness of energy efficiency is important each step of the way for the environment and home owners future utility costs.

This is an EnerGuide report recently completed on one of our homes showing that this home has annual energy consumption of 63 GJ/year. The average new home construction consumes 87 GJ/year.

This indicates that a standard Pro-Built Home is 32% more energy efficient than the typical new home constructed. 👍

Building modular is very effective in utilizing untraditional construction methods to optimize energy efficiency, not only in the homes we build but also in the construction process as well!

This client was able to receive a $4600 rebate as a result of this EnerGuide performance test!
