We’re proud to offer custom cut gaskets, made from Flexitallic Thermiculite 815 tanged sheet. This high-temperature material is reinforced with a 0.004” 316 stainless steel tanged core, providing exceptional durability and performance.

Superior Chemical Compatibility: Outperforms graphite in a wide range of environments.

These custom cut gaskets are made from Teadit NA 1001, a compressed non-asbestos made from aramid fibers with a nitrile binder.

Available in sheets 59” x 63” and 59” x 126” or custom cut gaskets as shown here.

We stock several brands of compressed non-asbestos including Garlock, Durlon and Teadit.

Flexitallic Thermiculite® 815 is a high temperature sheet material that is reinforced with a 316 stainless steel tanged core.

The metallic core provides improved blow out resistance and with a maximum temperature raing of 1000°C / 1832°F, this material can handle the heat!

Typical applications include sealing of superheated high pressure steam, high temperature gas and exhaust systems, and strong oxidizing media.

Did you know that we can supply bolt up kits with your gaskets?

Our bolt up kits include both the gaskets and the hardware for your convenience. We can supply as individual bolt up kits, or in bulk packages depending on your needs.

The bolt up kits shipping out today feature gaskets made from 1/8” thk Bluegard 3000, and the corresponding number of A193 Studs and A194 Hex Nuts for each gasket.
