This launch represents a broader, more structured commitment to supporting solar asset owners beyond installation, with added team capacity, expanded geographic reach, and a more formalized service model for long-term asset performance.

Our team will support projects across North America and the Caribbean, including Canada, the United States, and island markets, with a focus on:
• Field inspections and mechanical assessments
• Remote monitoring and controls diagnostics
• Ongoing field support and direct access to our team
• Training for asset management and site teams
• Monthly performance reporting with actionable recommendations

This is a natural next step for Polar Racking. We have spent years designing, supplying, installing, inspecting, and supporting racking and tracker systems in demanding environments, from cold climates and complex terrain to high-wind and island conditions.

Now, we are scaling that experience into a dedicated division built to support customers through the full operating life of their solar assets.

From ground to module, and from procurement to long-term performance, Polar Racking is continuing to build a more complete support model for solar owners, developers, and EPCs.

As we look ahead to LT2 Ontario solar projects, one thing is clear: local, proven experience matters.

At Polar, we bring over 16 years of hands-on development experience across 400+ solar projects—experience built on delivering efficiently while adapting to real site conditions and community needs.

Our Kamloops project—a 21 MW utility-scale ground mount installation—is one example. With varied foundation designs tailored to the land, it reflects a practical, collaborative approach to development.

As Ontario moves forward with LT2, we’re focused on applying that same experience—working closely with partners, including First Nations communities—to deliver projects that are both effective and locally grounded.

Agrivoltaics only works if the structure is designed for it.

Agrivoltaics is not just placing solar on agricultural land. If the structure isn’t designed for dual use, it creates conflict instead of value. Clearance, spacing, and equipment access must be defined early. Otherwise, the land can’t be used as intended.

Most projects fail here. Agrivoltaics requires deliberate design, not after-the-fact adaptation.

Most solar delays are not caused by engineering.

They come from designs that do not reflect how the system will actually be built. Rigid layouts and late-stage changes create rework in the field. That is where schedules slip and costs move.
