GPR can support a more detailed understanding of subsurface stratigraphy in placer deposit exploration. In one case study, pulseEKKO® surveys were used to characterize the fluvial architecture of a buried paleovalley, revealing key boundaries and sediment structures that may assist with exploration planning and geological interpretation.

By visualizing subsurface features and stratigraphic relationships, GPR can provide additional context for evaluating geological conditions in complex environments.

Did you know that the NIC-500X allows any combination up to 8 pulseEKKO transmitters (Tx) and receivers (Rx) to be networked together, and any Tx can fire to one or more Rxs simultaneously?

One way to deploy a NIC-500X is for transillumination to measure the GPR velocity and attenuation properties inside structures for anomalous areas. With a NIC-500X firing 1 T x to multiple Rxs simultaneously, transillumination data collection is far more efficient and has higher productivity than ever.

Remember that since GPR systems offer antenna frequencies of 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200, 250, 500 and 1000 MHz, transillumination can be done at many different physical scales - high frequency antennas for detailed imaging inside small structures such archaeological features and low frequency antennas for large structures such as dams.

Join us for an overview of Sensors & Software’s versatile NOGGIN® GPR systems, including the new SplitView™ feature.

SplitView is designed to display a real-time cross-section of GPR data alongside a map view of survey paths and user-added interpretations, helping operators more clearly understand subsurface responses in relation to their position. By combining these views on a single screen, SplitView supports situational awareness and field interpretation workflows.

What you’ll learn:

• How SplitView supports situational awareness and interpretation workflows
• The flexibility of the NOGGIN platform across multiple deployment options
• Key system considerations including frequencies, depth ranges, configurations, and more

Did you know the NIC-500X can connect up to 8 pulseEKKO transmitters (Tx) and receivers (Rx)? Even better—any transmitter can send signals to one or multiple receivers at the same time.

One way to use the NIC-500X is by collecting data from different antenna polarizations at each measurement point. For example, with 4 antennas you can collect 4 different polarizations: 2 parallel and 2 crossed. Variable antenna polarizations capture a more complete picture of what’s underground.

And with GPR systems offering frequencies from 12.5 to 1000 MHz, you can adapt to your needs, using higher frequencies for detailed, shallow imaging, or lower frequencies to see deeper below the surface.

The Conference at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, USA brought together customers, partners and industry stakeholders united by a shared commitment to damage prevention.

At Radiodetection, a key milestone was the introduction of our direct integration with , bringing ® Field Maps connectivity to our Survey-Grade (SG) solutions. This advancement supports more connected, data-driven workflows in the field.

We also participated alongside , , , and in the session “One Ecosystem, Many Stakeholders”, reinforcing the importance of collaboration across the damage prevention ecosystem.

Thank you to everyone who connected with us during the event. Radiodetection remains focused on advancing safer excavation through trusted locating technology and integrated data solutions.

Did you know that the NIC-500X allows any combination up to 8 pulseEKKO transmitters (Tx) and receivers (Rx) to be networked together, and any Tx can fire to one or more Rxs simultaneously?

One way to deploy a NIC-500X is to have 4 Txs each firing to 2 adjacent Rxs and create a 7-channel array system.

Remember that since GPR systems offer antenna frequencies of 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200, 250, 500 and 1000 MHz, NIC-500X array systems can use high frequency antennas for shallow depths and low frequency antennas for deeper depths.
