Our returning client is renovating their house before moving in, with a strict two-week deadline. The project includes removing 2,000 square feet of hardwood and tile flooring and installing 9-inch luxury vinyl flooring.

We will also install new floor trim, repaint the entire interior, remodel the bathrooms with heated floors, update the staircase with modern railings, and add two new closets for extra storage.

Our team is working tirelessly, including weekends, to meet this deadline while collaborating closely with the client on design and material choices to ensure a successful renovation.

Recently we have a request to convert an 80 years old staircase into a modern staircase, we also have to make it bigger to meet the building code. After a lot of discussions with clients, we have decided to knock down one side of the stairs, add new stringers to strengthen and support the load of the entire stairs, it also helps to create more space to cap new Oak hardwood treads and risers. Since this house is relatively small, we have replaced old wood railing by glass railing to make the entire space look larger. We also stain the stairs to match color with the new hardwood floor.
