This basement in Royal Oaks Estate, Moncton, started as a blank slate—bare concrete, no walls, no plan. But for this growing family of five, it held so much potential. With two daughters getting older and craving their own space, and two parents working remotely full-time, the need for privacy, comfort, and functionality became a top priority.

We sat down with the homeowners to truly understand how they live, work, and relax. The vision was clear: give the girls their own bedrooms, create two dedicated home offices, and carve out a large shared space where the whole family could unwind together—think cozy movie nights, gaming marathons, and space to just be.

From design to build, we brought that vision to life. The new floor plan includes 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, 2 private offices, and a massive entertainment area that’s now the heart of the home. What was once cold and unused is now warm, personal, and fully lived in.

This is more than just a renovation—it’s a transformation of how this family experiences their home.
