Controlled Air Management has a job opening for an HVAC Test and Balance Technician. All required training is provided. Information on the full scope of services provided by Controlled Air Management can be found at www.camltd.ca.
Duties:
Travel to various project sites to complete Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of ventilation and hydronic systems.
Production of TAB reports for submission to the project engineers.
Requirements
Preferred candidate will have completed post secondary education in Building Engineering Technology, HVAC: Sheet Metal Design, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working knowledge of CAD programs.
Ability to read and understand engineered project drawings and specifications.
Must be willing to travel throughout the maritime provinces, with occasional overnight trips required.
Valid workplace safety qualifications including WHIMIS, Fall Arrest, Elevated Work Platform, etc are an asset.
Position is based out of Moncton, New Brunswick. Preference will be given to a candidate residing in or near the greater Moncton area.
