🔧 A little recap of this week’s work!

❄️ Rebuilt and lined a heavily worn snowblower chute with Hardox for improved durability.

🏗️ Built a pipe storage rack for our local municipality for optimized pipe storage.

⚽ Took on an unusual one — repairing soccer nets for a local indoor soccer field.

🚛 Replaced two fenders and repaired a broken gate on a utility trailer.

Here’s a recent project we completed for a valued customer.

They came to us with a severely rusted truck bed, and with no suitable replacement available, we designed and built a custom flat deck to meet their needs and budget. The result is a simple, durable, and highly functional solution, fully fabricated and installed in just one day.

Here are a few photos from a recent project we completed for a local truck dealership.

We were brought in to modify a standard fifth wheel plate by integrating a custom locking bar system. Our team fabricated the required mounting components in-house and sourced heavy-wall pipe to ensure durability and reliability of the locking mechanism.

This project involved a mix of in house fabrication and on site welding to maximize efficiency. The finished setup features a removable locking bar, allowing for safe and secure hauling of dump trailers with a pivoting fifth wheel.

Here are a few photos from one of our recent projects for CM Container Management

This roll off dumpster arrived with a damaged, non-functioning door. Our team fabricated a brand-new door from scratch, repaired the existing latch mechanism using custom-made components, and completed several structural body repairs.

The unit is now fully restored and ready to return to service with a safe, properly functioning door and fixed body.

Here are a couple of quick jobs we knocked out last week:

✔️ Repaired a cracked weld on a machine for East Coast Iron
— small fix, big impact to keep things running smoothly.
✔️ Strengthened the bases of several mailboxes at a local apartment building to improve durability and prevent future issues.
✔️Installed Heavy-duty Chain hooks on a Tractor bucket to facilitate moving bigger objects.
