Proud to have delivered this 14,200 sq. ft. interior office fit-up for Wawanesa Insurance, creating a modern workspace designed for collaboration and productivity.

This thoughtfully designed office includes 10 private offices, 2 boardrooms, 100 contemporary workstations, and inviting lounge areas. Nine-foot sliding glass doors and abundant perimeter windows flood the space with natural light, while an open-concept lunchroom and inclusive unisex washrooms support today's workplace needs.

From high-end technology integration to sleek finishes throughout, every detail was executed to create a professional environment where the Wawanesa team can thrive.

Work is progressing on our 21,000 sq. ft. freezer expansion for Gordon Food Service in Amherst.

Our crews have been working through winter conditions to deliver this critical cold storage addition. Steel er****on is underway and roofing installation is in progress as we expand capacity for one of North America's largest foodservice distributors.

The Newco team is proud to deliver this 40,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility for Kerr Controls, a leading wholesale distributor of HVACR materials serving residential and commercial markets across the region.

This modern facility combines efficient warehouse operations (including heated flooring in the warehouse) with contemporary office space, designed to support Kerr’s commitment to excellence in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration distribution.

From foundation to finish, our team delivered a facility built for performance, functionality, and growth.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Brix Experience 🍷

We’re excited to share our commercial refit at Brix Experience in downtown Moncton! This historic 100-year-old building at St George and Archibald took on a complete interior transformation to become the culinary hub it is today.

Our team worked closely with the Brix team to create versatile spaces including state-of-the-art cooking studios, an intimate wine tasting area, and a welcoming café—all while preserving the building’s character and charm.

This interior refit challenged our team to honor a 100-year-old building’s heritage while creating cutting-edge culinary spaces. The result? A seamless blend of industrial aesthetics, natural materials, and thoughtful design.

From the open kitchens to the cozy café corner, every square foot was optimized for ’s cooking classes, cocktail workshops, and wine tastings.
