Looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Boss (Residential)
We are a growing residential home building company in New Brunswick with multiple new homes under construction and more starting soon. Demand is strong, and we are looking to bring on a strong, experienced site supervisor to run day-to-day site operations.
This is not entry-level and not a āhelperā role.
What the role is:
ā¢Managing daily activity on multiple residential builds.
ā¢Coordinating and controlling trades.
ā¢Catching issues before they become expensive.
ā¢Keeping sites organized, safe, and on schedule.
ā¢Being the point person on site (no babysitting).
What the role is NOT:
ā¢Office paperwork
ā¢Sales or estimating
ā¢Sitting behind a desk
ā¢Being micromanaged
Who we are looking for:
ā¢10+ years residential construction experience
ā¢Previous foreman / site supervisor / lead carpenter experience
ā¢Someone trades respect and listen to
ā¢Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes
ā¢Takes pride in well-run, clean sites
