Graeme is a specialist in yeast physiology and biotechnology from Abertay University, Scotland. He has been an invaluable consultant for the AstroYeast project. An equal pleasure to meet Dr. Roy Walker (Macquarie University, Australia) who is constructing synthetic yeast genomes.

Felipe Perez is our Technical Lead with a background in Electrical and Computer Engineering, microfluidics, and synthetic biology. ✨He is currently 3D printing parts of to assemble a minimum viable product (MVP) of the microfluidics card.💧In the MVP we will test the growth and detection of yeast cells, as well as fluid handling and operations within the capsule built by .spacecraft .🚀
