Brunswick Exploration has successfully closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, bringing total gross proceeds to $5.45M.
Killian Charles, President and CEO, commented: “With the completion of this financing, we will accelerate our international plans as our compilation work has identified several highly prospective jurisdictions that have seen limited to no prior lithium exploration. As we expand our reach, we remain steadfast in advancing our high-priority projects in Quebec. To that effect, I look forward to releasing the first results from our Anatacau drilling campaign shortly. Alongside our Mirage project, I strongly believe BRW has one of the most exciting exploration portfolios in Quebec.”
With a strengthened treasury, Brunswick is well positioned to advance its global exploration strategy while continuing to build momentum across its key Québec assets.

Brunswick Exploration a clôturé avec succès la tranche finale de son placement privé sans courtier, portant le produit brut total à 5,45 M$.
Killian Charles, président et chef de la direction, a commenté : « Avec la clôture de ce financement, nous accélérerons nos plans internationaux, puisque nos travaux de compilation ont permis de repérer plusieurs juridictions très prometteuses où l’exploration du lithium a été limitée, voire inexistante, jusqu’à présent. Alors que nous étendons notre présence, nous demeurons résolus à faire progresser nos projets prioritaires au Québec. À cet égard, je me réjouis de publier très prochainement les premiers résultats de notre campagne de forage d’Anatacau. Avec notre projet Mirage, je suis fermement convaincu que BRW possède l’un des portefeuilles d’exploration les plus attrayants au Québec. »
Grâce à une trésorerie renforcée, Brunswick est bien positionnée pour faire avancer sa stratégie d’exploration à l’échelle mondiale, tout en poursuivant la progression de ses actifs clés au Québec.
