The Engineering Career Centre (ECC), an integral part of the McGill Engineering Student Centre (MESC), provides students with opportunities to gain career-related experience through internships (Engineering Internship Program); connect with employers; learn about various career paths; develop their job search skills; and more.

We’re excited to be launching this year’s EmPOWEr Mentorship Program, which pairs incoming women and gender-diverse engineering students with upper-year mentors to help them transition into McGill Engineering, build connections, and feel supported before the school year begins.
Applications are open until August 2nd, 2026 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis this year. We welcome both prospective mentors (current McGill engineering students) and incoming first-year engineering students interested in finding a mentor. The registration links are below:

This evening aims to provide graduating students with a better understanding of:
• Career opportunities in mobile gaming
• The roles and responsibilities within our studio
• The skills, tools, and career paths we look for
• Ludia’s culture and way of working
Presentations will be led by department leaders, who will share insights from their day-to-day work and answer questions from graduating students. A networking session with light refreshments will follow the presentations.

Each institution may delegate:
• 1 professor or program director
• 3 graduating students (Class of 2026) interested in mobile gaming
Relevant areas of study include:
Game Design, Programming, Product Management, Analytics, and Game Production

Confirmation Required
To confirm your participation, please send the below information before Monday, March 23rd, 2026 to [email protected] and we will register on your behalf after verifying you are eligible.
• Confirmation of your attendance
• The names and email address and student ID - graduating students Class of 2026 (first come first served)
• Confirmation that you are ok to do the following: Each participant will also need to complete a confirmation form including a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the event.
