Final project of 2024.
The client experienced water damage in both the bathroom and bedroom, requiring sheetrock replacement, plastering, and painting in each room. We took extra care to protect the flooring, extending from the front entrance to the affected areas. The client was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the work and the final look of the spaces.

We repaired the eroded bottom row of bricks, restoring both strength and appearance. The clients were pleased with the final result.

Our client needed their lintel above the patio door replaced. When we opened the wall, we found an abandoned hornet's nest. They chewed away the insulation to make room for their hive. We waterproofed the area behind the wall. The job look is seamless!

The client's preexisting repair required cleaning and further repair, with additional cracks in the joints needing repointing. Once the mortar has dried and cured, the repairs will seamlessly blend in with the rest of the facade.

Our client's staircase required repair, with joints being repointed and corroded bricks replaced to refresh its appearance.

Our clients' home needed its joints repointed, and new ledges installed to replace the row of bricks under a basement window, to prevent water infiltration.
Once the mortar has dried and cured, the repairs will bend in seamlessly with the rest of the wall.

This home needed a little TLC. The textured walls and ceiling of the living room received a fresh coat of paint, creating a zen ambiance, while the bedroom was given some plaster and paint for a clean look. Throughout the process, great care was taken to protect the owners' belongings to ensure they were not damaged.🙌

Today was demolition day for this old, broken chimney. It had been weathered so badly that the bricks weren’t even whole anymore. Keep an eye out for our next post of the stunning rebuild to come!
