Responsabilités:
1. Travailler de manière transversale et directement avec les clients
2. Diriger & documenter les réunions clés
3. Traduire les besoins clients en plans réalisables
4. Suivre la production, les matériaux & la qualité
5. Gérer les changements & évaluer les impacts coûts/délais
6. Entretenir d’excellentes relations avec clients, architectes & designers
7. Appuyer la coordination de site & l’installation
Exigences:
• Licence ou diplôme technique en génie industriel, mécanique, fabrication, gestion de la construction, architecture, design d’intérieur
• Certification CAPM/PMP (atout).
• 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets, l’estimation, l’approvisionnement, la conception ou l’ingénierie dans un environnement de fabrication/d’architecture
• Expérience dans la gestion de projets, du prototype à la production
• Expérience avec les systèmes ERP (atout)

Artitalia Group is seeking an 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our ambitious team.
Responsibilities:
1. Work cross-functionally & directly with clients
2. Lead & document key meetings
3. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable plans
4. Monitor production progress, materials, and QC checkpoints
5. Oversee change management and assess cost/time impacts
6. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, GCs, and designers
7. Support site coordination & installation follow-up
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design
• CAPM/PMP certification (asset)
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, estimation, procurement, design, engineering within a manufacturing/architectural environment
• Experience managing projects from prototype to production run
• Experience in ERP systems (asset)
