Neurotherapie Montreal is a high end and prestigious clinic that provides treatment for mental health, pain, and cognitive decline.

RUSS+Co was brought in to build treatment and procedure rooms, a sonograph room, and a c-arm fluoroscopy room. These aid in treating patients with anxiety, depression, pain, sleep disorders, cognitive decline, and traumatic brain injuries.

RUSS+Co a été chargé de construire des salles de traitements et d'interventions, une salle d'échographie ainsi qu'une salle de fluoroscopie avec arceau. Ceux-ci aident à traiter les patients souffrant d’anxiété, de dépression, de douleur, de troubles du sommeil, de déclin cognitif et de traumatismes crâniens.

Over the past 50 years, Mehadrin Butcher & Deli has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving into Montreal’s premier kosher Butcher and Deli takeout destination. What began as a modest family-owned establishment in the heart of the Outremont / Mile-End area, has flourished into a bustling culinary haven, beloved by locals and visitors alike.

In its early years, Mehadrin was a small, unassuming storefront, known for its authentic kosher meats and handcrafted deli. Through a blend of innovation and respect for tradition, the establishment introduced new flavors and expanded its menu to cater to evolving tastes while maintaining the highest standards of Kosher preparation and product development.

We were commissioned for a two phase reno project that involved significant structural work inside a 100 year old building on the corner of Bernard and Hutchison. We immediately faced a daunting challenge: renovating a retail store and butcher shop while it continued operations. Our solution: constructing temporary walls and expanding our working hours to include night shifts.

The result: a bustling culinary institution, renowned for its mouthwatering selection of kosher meats, artisanal deli creations, and efficient takeout services. Available on UberEats, Doordash, or just walk into the brightly lit sleek new store and enjoy the experience!

Au cours des 50 dernières années, le boucher et charcutier Mehadrin a subi une transformation remarquable, devenant la première destination casher de boucherie et de charcuterie à emporter à Montréal.

Ce qui a commencé comme un modeste établissement familial au cœur de la région Outremont/Mile-End, est devenu un havre culinaire animé, apprécié des habitants et des visiteurs.

À ses débuts, Mehadrin était un petit magasin sans prétention, connu pour ses viandes casher authentiques et sa charcuterie artisanale. Grâce à un mélange d'innovation et de respect de la tradition, l'établissement a introduit de nouvelles saveurs et élargi son menu pour répondre à l'évolution des goûts tout en maintenant les plus hauts standards de préparation et de développement de produits casher.

Nous avons été chargés d'un projet de rénovation en deux phases qui impliquait d'importants travaux de structure à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment centenaire au coin de Bernard et Hutchison. Nous avons immédiatement été confrontés à un défi de taille : rénover un magasin de détail et une boucherie tout en poursuivant leurs activités. Notre solution : construire des murs temporaires et élargir nos horaires de travail pour inclure des équipes de nuit.

Le résultat : une institution culinaire animée, réputée pour sa sélection alléchante de viandes casher, ses créations de charcuterie artisanale et son service de plats à emporter efficace. Just before the start of 2024, the RUSS+Co family gathered to celebrate a year of tremendous growth.

Our secret to success is our team. We are grateful to our incredible office staff Liat Asseraf, Nathalie Suissa, and Fouzia Hammouche, the foundation that supports our team and allows us to build.

We love our construction management team George Balek, Telmo Sousa, Zalman Simon, Cyril Dias-Juliao, Denis Baribeau, Mohamed Mahdi and the incredible father-son duo Antoine and Michel Maalouf, all experts in their field working together and building a team that will reach the sky.

We are thankful for our amazing support staff Shloimy Lison and Guillaume Bernier, providing assistance wherever it's needed, and to our marketing director Zvi Hershcovich, who shares our success with the world, and leader of our architectural and professional division Tania Mora.

WESTMOUNT CONDOS

In response to damages incurred by a four-story apartment complex in Westmount, RUSS+Co was commissioned for the comprehensive renovation and restoration of the building, meticulously reinstating its architectural integrity to reflect the design aesthetics of the 1950s, encompassing all exterior architectural elements.

étages à Westmount, RUSS+Co a été chargé de la rénovation et de la
restauration complètes du bâtiment, rétablissant méticuleusement son

When Chabad Mile End purchased their Parc Avenue location, the building required major structural work to convert the space into a Synagogue and Jewish community centre. We replaced all load bearing walls with structural elements, installed beautiful lighting, and added residences above the main floor, giving the entire community centre a sleek and modern feel.

Lorsque Chabad Mile End a acheté son emplacement sur l'avenue du Parc, le
bâtiment a nécessité d'importants travaux de structure pour convertir
l'espace en synagogue et Centre communautaire juif. Nous avons remplacé tous
les murs porteurs par des éléments structurels, installé un bel éclairage et
ajouté des résidences au-dessus du rez-de-chaussée, donnant à l'ensemble du
centre communautaire une atmosphère élégante et moderne.

Located on the edge of Westmount, we are restoring a beautiful 120 year old building on Circle Road. The building was completely renovated and modernized, creating luxurious and comfortable living spaces for the 12 large apartments.

Architecture was provided by our very own Russco experts. Design by Dahan Design.
