An autopsy for the curious.
A detailed dissection of A!F contortions.

An autopsy for the curious.
A detailed dissection of A!F contortions.
A sharp knife slits through the noise.

A dance for those who have no intention of dancing like everyone else And since we are a team of pathologists who also work in real time, ...

On August 14, A Bit Cold and AUS!Funkt | Electronic Art-Punk | Austere-Disco are taking over Quai Des Brumes with freaky dance grooves, contorted rhythms, and just the right amount of tasteful dissonance.
Come get pleasantly unhinged.

Stutter Low EP began as one track and split itself in two. What first emerged as a break section took on a life of its own, eventually mutating into a fully formed second version. Built around Dave Clarke’s vocal contribution, the EP presents two alternate edits of the same damaged signal: one lean, direct, and tense; the other driven deeper into breakbeat and electro territory.

Two cuts. But one pulse. A low-frequency stutter.

Vocals: Dave Clarke and Evan Henderson
Cover art: Louise Jaunet

AUS!FUNKT + AN_NA .music + Bossanova Frankenstein .frankenstein DEBUT ALBUM RELEASE SHOW

AUS!FUNKT, Bossanova Frankenstein, and AN_NA are bringing electro-punk and reanimated rock ‘n’ roll to Barfly ! Show at 10pm-1am

You bring the moves, we’ll bring the grooves. Featuring the dark disco beats of AUS!FUNKT, electro-punk minimalism of AN_NA, and the reanimated rock ‘n’ roll of Bossanova Frankenstein.
It’s gonna be a night full of great tunes, good energy, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Bring your friends and come vibe with us!

AUS!Funkt:
AUS! Funkt is a Montreal project that twists the codes of post-punk by injecting disco, funk, electro, dub and blues. With its raw and repetitive aesthetic, the group provokes as much as it makes you dance. Words chanted, melodic bass, abrasive riffs and hypnotic rhythms: AUS! Funkt frees the body and shakes the mind.

AN_NA :
All punks are not dead! Survivors of 30 years of concerts in all conditions, AN_NA, last Electro-punk variant before the extinction, travel between the Velvet Underground, Kraftwerk, Anne Clark or D.A.F. In the minimalist form of an androgynous Duo, the voice and the transformed and distorted and amplified machines cry out the vision of a more than uncertain future.

Bossanova Frankenstein:
« It’s a lonely world for a creature like me » says the titular Bossanova Frankenstein. The misanthropic brain-child of singer-songwriter Evan Henderson, The BNF is an experiment come to life, blending blues, post-punk, psych, folk, indie, jazz, dance, and rock music through the lens of a perputual lounge lizard.
Accompanied by live saxophone, come hear for the very first time the reanimated rock ‘n’ roll stylings of Bossanova Frankenstein’s debut full-length album, Heavy Relic out March 20th, 2026.
