What happens when the mix ratios are off? 🤔

For FlowCast, the correct ratio is 2:1 two parts resin to one part hardener.

Too much hardener can leave you with a softer finish, more ambering, or surface blush.

Reverse the ratio entirely and you could end up with a sticky, gooey mess that never cures properly 😅

Measure carefully, follow the ratio, and save yourself the cleanup!

What actually happens when water gets into your epoxy mix? 💧

Moisture can sneak in through humid air, a damp mixing container, or even the wood itself.

This can leave you with cloudiness or blush on the surface.

We recommend working around 40-60% humidity and using kiln-dried wood with roughly 5-7% moisture content.
