Job Title: Team Leader (In Training)

Position Overview: The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives. This position requires a strong, dependable, flexible and reliable individual who has excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively (as part of a team or alone) within a structured, fast-paced environment.
Job Role: The successful candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, including daytime and evening shifts, with occasional weekend work as operational needs require. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are essential. Use of a company vehicle may also be required for certain assignments.
You will receive full training in the safe and effective operation of both electric and gasoline pressure washers, as well as a range of large electrical cleaning machines used for specialist cleaning tasks.
This role also involves working at heights of up to 12 feet using ladders and scaffolding to complete highlevel cleaning duties. All work at height will be carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
