🔥 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT – HALTING OPERATIONS DUE TO WILDFIRE RISK 🔥

At River Tree Developments, the land is our partner and protecting her comes before profit.

Effective immediately, we are ceasing all forestry and construction activity until wildfire conditions ease. Heavy equipment, sparks, and human activity can unintentionally fuel disaster, and we refuse to take that risk.

Nova Scotia’s forests, wildlife, and communities are under severe strain from rising temperatures, dry conditions, and high winds. The safest choice and the most responsible one is to pause.

We urge all industries across our province and country to take a stand with us:
🌱 Halt non-essential land disturbance until conditions improve.
🌱 Put safety and environmental stewardship ahead of deadlines.
🌱 Lead by example in protecting the ecosystems that sustain us all.

Some things can wait.
The health of our forests and the safety of our communities cannot.

And we are not here to fix broken systems —
We are here to create new ones!!!!

It’s time to return to the Earth.

For too long, we’ve been told that GDP matters more than well-being.
That profit matters more than people.
That disconnection is normal.

But we remember:
The Earth is sacred and peace is possible — when built on truth, respect, and community.

This is your invitation to rise.
To join the movement.
To use your voice, your hands, your heart.
To build something new — from the soil up.

Let this be the turning point.
Not ruled by fear — but led by love.
Not driven by extraction — but by reciprocal care.
