Back by Popular Demand! Second annual Dirt Cup!
Yes, You heard that right! IWC Excavation will be lacing up the skates, and competing against our rival Knappett again, on March 22, 2024, at Oceanside Arena in Parksville.
The two will compete in the second annual charity hockey game. This event will be open to the public. Beer, burgers and 50/50 tickets all available at the event. Let’s fill the stands and support a great cause!
Doors open at 5:00pm, puck drop at 7:00pm.
ALL PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY!

IWC crews have finished up at the new Lake Cowichan Physio! Work here included:
- Clearing and grubbing
- Removal of existing structures
- Detailed excavation & backfill of footings & foundation
- Underslab mechanical and electrical trench, bed, and backfill
- Water/sanitary/storm services including a drainage outfall
- Rough grading of landscape areas

Update from the Nanaimo Correctional Center site!
Over the past 6 months IWC crews have completed the excavation of the building foundations, construction and paving of the main access road, and are nearing completion of the site servicing for Phase 1A. Installations to date include 1000m of hydro/comm trenching, 550m of sanitary main, over 1700m of storm main, installation of more than 40 manholes, construction of two large storm ponds, and over 1000m of water main both on & off site. As we close in on the end of the year here, IWC will focus on the completion of the site servicing and overall site grading.
