Millwork delivery day is the best day ❤️

Our friends at are mid-install of this gorgeous new kitchen at our Richmond project. The creamy uppers are going to balance and lighten the space so nicely with the mid-toned oak lowers. Pop in a lil brushed gold hardware and this kitchen is going to be a stunning space to prep and entertain.

Our Yaletown project has been a bit hidden in the background, but is nearing completion.

One feature here that we're loving is moving the shower control to the opposite side of the shower head. This allows the homeowners to turn the shower on without needing to get that quick hit of cold water - such an easy adjustment to create a more functional space and make your home work for you!

Flooring makes a massive impact on your home.

From choosing the right materials, colours, durability, layout, and ensuring that prep is done right, it can vastly change the feel and look of your home. This Richmond condo had carpet throughout (yes... ✨throughout✨, back from the "carpet is so cool in bathrooms" era). Everything was ripped out, levelled, and this beautiful LVP was laid in its place, along with large format tiles in the bathrooms. Now, she's protected for the rest of the renovation while we continue working away!

We're one step closer to handing back this condo and letting the homeowners love their space all over again.

Richmond condo renovation is well underway and slowly coming together 🛠️

Demo is complete, rough-ins are well... roughed in, drywall is up, and flooring starts next week. Things are taking shape and we're so excited to see this come together through the rest of the summer.

This one is going to be a stunning renovation - new kitchen, new bathrooms, flooring, updates throughout. We can't get over how HIGH these ceilings are!

From a drab, cramped basement laundry space, to somewhere you might not dread folding!

We've created a space that's functional, sleek, and much more inviting.

Some key features include a smart laundry set, a hidden pull-out valet rod for easy steaming, a built-in hamper, and plenty of storage for not only laundry and cleaning supplies, but extra home goods that don't have space elsewhere in the home. The hot water tank was also replaced with a lowboy unit, with access built into the new millwork.
