We want to highlight a story shared by a colleague at our sister company Aarc-West's Victoria Branch on Vancouver Island.

Olena Bilous, a Mechanical Insulator, bravely shared her journey to Canada — a journey shaped by war, uncertainty, and the hope of building a new life for her family. Through resilience and the support from her company, her union and community, she has created a future she once couldn’t imagine.

We thank Olena for opening her heart and sharing her experience. She is a shining example of the incredible individuals who have joined Aarc-West through difficult circumstances, and we are proud to uplift, support, and stand with her.

This holiday, our Aarc-West family gathered at Newlands Golf & Country Club for our annual Lower Mainland Field Family Christmas Party, and it was an unforgettable celebration!
Everyone enjoyed a day filled with festive fun, laughter and a whole lot of Christmas magic.
