The work we do carries real risk, and that's something we hold seriously every day. On the National Day of Mourning, we pause to remember workers who have lost their lives, suffered injury, or been made ill on the job — and to recommit to the responsibility we carry as an organization, an industry partner, and a community member. Every person on every site deserves to come home. We carry that forward not just today, but in the decisions we make every day.

April is Construction Month in British Columbia - a time to recognize the work that goes into building the infrastructure communities depend on, above ground and below the waterline. This year's theme is Built Right, and it's one we relate to not just this month, but all year long. From marine construction and dredging to land foundation work, doing it right is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, every site.

Today we recognize the women contributing their skills, leadership and expertise across industries — including construction and marine infrastructure.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights how progress happens when opportunities are shared and more people are able to participate and succeed.

Across project sites, vessels and offices, the work we deliver is built through collective effort — and the perspectives shaping our industry make that work stronger.
