Tiling provides a great sense of accomplishment. It's hard work ensuring consistent grout lines and flush tiles - but we enjoy it! 🐐

We love this transformation! ✨

The ceiling ended up stealing the show in this room! We painted the shiplap to brighten everything up and the faux beams for the pot lights, and then finished off the wood beams with a stain.

Before that we took this space right back to the sticks - floors were levelled, walls were furred out and straightened, drywall installed, and an old staircase had to go. And don't forget all the little things that no one notices unless they’re done wrong.

Huge difference from where it started, and definitely one of those jobs where the before doesn’t even feel like the same room! 🐐

Bathroom Refresh Complete! 🛀

This bathroom got a full upgrade, starting right down at the shower studs. The old shower was completely demoed, new waterproofing was installed, and fresh tile was put in to give it a clean, modern finish.

At the shower entrance, matching floor tile was carried up into a small baseboard detail; a simple upgrade that helps protect the wall from future water damage.

The project also included removing the old vanity and mirror and installing new, refreshing fixtures; giving the whole room a more polished look. The bathroom was repainted, and all the finishing touches were taken care of too - including fresh caulking around the tub and resealing around the windows.

We're so happy with how this one turned out, and the client is too! 🐐

Getting a home ready to sell is all about the details!

We moved and covered all the furniture, taped everything off, prepped the walls, and laid down fresh coats of clean beige paint to brighten every room. We also repaired a worn window sill so nothing distracted from the new paint 🐐
