A mouse chewed some wires and caused the compressor to short to ground, which unfortunately meant the AC (and the mouse) were done for ⚡️🪦
Since both the AC and furnace were over 20 years old, the client decided to upgrade both at the same time — smart move! ❄️🔥
Now they’ve got brand new, efficient units ready to keep them comfortable year-round

Today we installed two new Copeland Compressors in this Carrier Rooftop Unit for at the Niagara Outlet Mall ❄️

We found 2 grounded compressors, swapped them both out, along with 2 new filter driers and 2 new contactors to get the customers & staff cooling again!! ❄️⚡️

Yesterday we had a No Cooling service call at the at 👎🏼

We found a defective VFD on this Lennox Rooftop Unit‼️

In the meantime, we were able to bypass the VFD and install a temporary contactor for the Blower Motor so we could get the store cooling again ❄️⚙️💨👨🏻‍🔧
