👑 Let’s give a round of applause for our newest CVS Champion, Susan! 👑
As a legacy employee of 18 years, Susan has become our expert for engineering control valves. Her wealth of experience means she has an intimate knowledge of almost all CVS engineering products, as well as their development history. Susan is dedicated to her job, and very detail oriented. She’s the go-to technical authority when someone needs technical advisement or clarification and has been an incredible asset to the CVS team. 🛠️
Recently, Susan has been a big help for Jarrad as he works on our ISO program and CRN applications. Her insight has been very appreciated on ASME standards and answering questions about our products. Susan is always happy to help, and exemplifies our core value of working together, winning together, growing together.
Susan consistently has a positive attitude. She’s dedicated and enthusiastic about what she does and takes joy in doing tasks well. Whether it’s helping a coworker or creating a drawing, you can rest assured that Susan will do it well.

Please join me in congratulating our newest CVS Champion…Kiran! 🎉
Though Kiran only joined us this past July, he’s quickly shown how well he fits in at CVS. Kiran is very thoughtful and detail oriented in his work, paying attention to the small things that make all the difference.
Anything Kiran works on is always of high-quality, he’s thorough with his questions and he takes pride in everything (for good reason!). Lately, he’s taken on the responsibility for the backflush project, making sure everything is 100% correct, which everyone appreciates.
Kiran is eager to learn and takes his responsibilities seriously – going as far as to stay in the loop while on vacation, even offer to work on his vacation because he felt bad leaving while there was a lot on his plate. While his coworkers are happy to cover his tasks while he is away, we appreciate how dedicated Kiran is about not leaving CVS in a bind.
Overall, Kiran is a pleasure to work with and brings a joyful, positive energy to the room. He’s generous with his time and is always willing to help and support others, truly taking working together, winning together, growing together to heart.

🎉Give a round of applause for our CVS Champion, Yevhenii (Eugene)! 🏆
Eugene joined our Shipping Department 2 years ago as an Order Picker. Since the beginning of his career, he’s been an incredible asset to our team. Eugene is friendly, kind, respectful, and overall has a great attitude no matter the circumstances. Those around him really appreciate how trustworthy he is and know they can have confidence that he will do his best no matter the circumstances.
Eugene is open-minded and always improving in his skills and knowledge. He enjoys finding ways to make processes more efficient. Even on his own time, Eugene is thinking about ideas that can be used to make his department and CVS streamlined.
With an easy-going and compassionate attitude, Eugene consistently goes the extra mile to help those around him. Whether it’s sales making a request, a customer in a hurry, or those working alongside him - he consistently does his best to fulfill the requests and make everything go smoothly. Since he started in 2007, Terry has always had a significant role in steering the ship of CVS. He consistently brings new ideas to the table, always working to find the best way to move forward. His level head, technical skills, and personable attitude have made him a huge asset to our team.
Terry’s never been one to back down from a challenge and diligently works to find the best solution possible. Within the past couple of years, Terry demonstrated these qualities through spear-heading our Epicor implementation. His devotion to the project ensured that CVS could function through the implementation and allowed our processes to run smoothly.
Whether it’s personal advice or work-related solutions, Terry goes out of his way to help and care for others. As his nomination says, Terry motivates those around him to be the best version of themselves, nurturing his team in their roles to help them grow. He helps those around him strive for excellence by providing opportunities for them to further their skills and understandings.

👑CVS Champion – February 2026 👑
Let’s give a round of applause for our newest CVS Champion, Nicole!🎉
Though Nicole only joined CVS in July, she’s quickly become a treasured member of our CVS family. Originally tasked with being our ERP Support, Nicole jumped in with enthusiasm, using her knowledge of Kinetic to significantly improve our workflow and processes. Recently, Nicole has been promoted to the position of Business Systems Supervisor, where she will oversee all our Kinetic operations.
Her enthusiasm isn’t only in Kinetic; she dove right into EOS and learning more about CVS and her colleagues. Nicole is funny, dedicated, and a big gift giver! She thoughtfully gave a coworker a can of soup when they were sick, and another time bought someone the chocolates they couldn’t find in stores.
Nicole is always willing to help those around her, often going the extra mile, whether it’s work-related or not. She’s dependable and consistently does what she says, making sure that no task is left undone. She is quick to praise others and is such an encouragement to those around her. Nicole’s sunny disposition and cheerful attitude bring joy into every room.
