Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess a variety of mechanical skills. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in working with various tools and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and building codes.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including plumbers and electricians, to ensure seamless installation processes.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts.
Conduct system tests to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites.
Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC installation or related mechanical fields.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
Familiarity with plumbing and welding techniques is a plus.
Experience with boiler systems is advantageous.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
Previous experience in maintenance or appliance repair is preferred.
Construction experience is beneficial for understanding job site dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
