We love Christmas in Cape Breton SO much. 🎄🔨

Here’s some of the progress on the lighthouse roof in St Ann’s! We’re so thankful the weather has been cooperating so that we can get this done for John and Rosella! St Ann’s is truly a place like no other, where else would there be a seal giving birth to her pup 20 feet away from where you’re working? It’s been a great week!

Happy Hump Day! We haven’t posted in a while - we were so busy soaking up the last rays of sunshine that we almost forgot about Facebook all together. The time has come, the snow seems like it’s here to stay! What seems beautiful and exciting now will quickly become a pain. Now is the time to look at getting those drafty windows and doors fixed or replaced, get that pesky leak in the roof fixed, and hunker down for the next few months! It’s also a great time to start those indoor renovations you’ve been thinking about! If you’ve got to be inside, it should be cozy and comfortable!
