It's time to pop the champagne! 🍾🥂 Almost, that is 😅

Exciting news! Condo Voice magazine, published by CCI institution, has recognized our unique approach in the high-rise HVAC industry and categorized our company as one of the major leaders. I am deeply honored and humbled to have this opportunity to contribute an informative 4 pages article to be featured in the 2024 spring issue. This is truly one of my greatest achievements to date!

This is what sets us apart!
We just took over this building in Toronto at the Greystone walk dr area, We do not know who did the maintenance before us but it is clear and safe to state this was a ticking bomb! All drainage systems of the HVAC units were completely clogged! come spring/summer and the building would be flooded top to bottom with millions in water damages.
We were not informed nor aware of the severity of this case, but as always, we rolled our sleeves up and dived right in.
Drain opening service goes for around $120 plus tax, the pipes are to be removed and cleared, this takes time which we do not have during maintenance projects that are tight scheduled as maintenance projects are rarely profitable. Putting our faith forward and taking a leap of faith for our clients, we sent extra staff and made sure no drain is left clogged.
We know we will not be paid extra for this, but when you work for your brand and name so hard, you make sure every project you leave is done right no matter what.
Working and operating this way is why we rarely ever lose corporations and clients, instead we build strong lasting relationships.

One of our 12 projects this week, this building did not get the dryers ventilation maintained properly due to covid interruptions ... thankfully we got to it in time, this is one of the worst cases we have seen, and it is the same in all of the 400+ units of this down town highrise. This certainly was a fire hazard and a disaster waiting to happen.
