As Tempasure continues to grow, I realized something important—we’ve never properly introduced the people behind the work.

So I’d like to change that.

First, please join me in welcoming Danny, who has joined us as a Service and Maintenance Technician. We’re excited to have him on board as we continue to expand our service team.

Building this team has been a journey.

When I first started Tempasure, I was doing everything myself—answering calls, scheduling, and working in the field. About four years ago, my wife Allison joined the business and quickly became a key part of our operations.

Last year, Maya came on as our Customer Service Representative and now manages the day-to-day communication with our customers. This has allowed Allison to step into a broader role across customer care, office management, and now marketing as well.

Behind the scenes, we’re supported by an incredible group of professionals who help deliver for our customers every day—Robert, Tom, Kirendeep, Harnoor, Gennadiy, and Mark on service and installations, along with Carlo (Master Plumber) and Dimitri (Master Electrician), who bring deep expertise to every project.

And of course… our office mascots 🐾—they may not be on payroll, but they’re always nearby and never shy about making themselves heard.

As a team, we’re here to support homeowners with maintenance, service, repairs, and new equipment installations—keeping homes comfortable year-round.

From the first phone call to the work done in your home, our goal has always been the same: make the experience smooth, professional, and reliable.

I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited about where we’re going.
