The last two weeks before move-in are always busy.

A renovation can look straightforward on paper, then the jobsite starts revealing the real work.

On one project, we are dealing with rotten dormers, a new steel roof, basement ductwork, and an older home that does not have the insulation or space you would get in a new build. Outside, the pool area, sauna, and landscaping are coming together.

Then we head downtown, where another renovation is only a few weeks from the finish line, and every trade is working through the final details.
