All-Wood Stairs offers year-round work (no layoffs) in a clean, well lit, heated work environment.
Hours of work/operation are Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm (40 hours in 4 days) leaving you 3 day weekend.

All-Wood Stairs is currently searching for General Labor/ Machine Operator to add to our team.
Order customization is a large part of what sets us apart from our competition, creating the demand for a Woodworker / Machine Operator.
The General Labor / Machine Operator position is also the starting point for the whole manufacturing process.
Appropriate material for the work order is selected, ripped, and prepped before moving on to the gluing and then final processing.
Responsibilities
• Reads and interprets work orders to produce customer orders correctly.
• Pulls appropriate lumber specie, grade and quantity for the work order.
• Prolonged Standing and lifting of 40lbs.
• Fabricates and builds various products to meet customer expectations / specifications.
• Ensures various woodworking tools are maintained in good working order and reports any items needing repair or replacement to management as soon as possible so they can be addressed.
• Achieves weekly expected production throughput and scheduling requirements so customer deadlines are hit.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm (40 hours in 4 days) leaving you 3 day weekend.
