This week at TJ'S I was able to repair a GE heat Pump under the manufacturers warranty. The heat pump was installed by an unknown company under the the Island program. This week at TJ'S Mechanical, I Adjusted the walk-in cooler to operate within the PEI health inspection requirements for the Wind and Reef restaurant to open on July first! ( the food was good there the last time it was open!) The parts came in and I finished the installation of a new submersible well system for a new well of a loyal customer! At TJ's, we are always working with you!! Deal is in place. Yet, details have to be ironed out before the advertising can happen! This week at TJ's I got a call from a manufacturer to assist in solving a difficult issue for them. I did the work to diagnose and sent the report! Yet the best part was when the customer said that I did more in one hour, than the previous technician did! And no shade on the previous tech at all! Sometimes experience counts, but asking for assistance matters more than the belief of knowing! I do not make the final decisions, only the recommendations. And Thanks EFI, for trusting in me!
