On February 7th, we will recognize the company's founder, Silvio Bot, who would have turned 100 years old this month. We honor and celebrate his core principles of hard work and dedication. This Friday, we will continue the tradition of gathering all employees together for a lunch to mark the day and acknowledge the sacrifices and hard work done post-WWII that allowed this generation to prosper.
