At Pineberry, we manufacture machines that automate your production line and increase efficiencies across the board! This Collation System includes a 12-station friction feeder setup with conveyor to sort, transport, and wrap collectible trading cards.

Here are the highlights:

- Features intuitive touch screen to set operator controls

- Product is fed into the magazine of each feeder and dispensed as a single product from each loaded stack

- As the product exits the feeder, it is transferred to a lug conveyer, and each product is placed on top of the last one

- This continues until the required products are and reach the flow wrapper
