ts all over North America. was incorporated in 1999 and began as father and son team, Don and Jeff Willis, with over 40 years of combined experience in machining, welding and fabrication they have created a solid business devoted to custom machining, welding, fabrication and installations. Our team has grown over the years with each employee bringing years of experience working with a wide variety of metals including iron, stainless steel, titanium, copper, brass, and aluminum which enables us to confidently complete virtually any project imaginable. Combined with our experienced staff and state-of-the-art machinery, Willis delivers high-quality products that are done right the first time. We use advanced Solidworks 3D design software, and Radan profile and punching software to ensure all products are fabricated to the highest quality and shortest lead times.

Our Project Design Team, Aaron Crocker and Tyson Chenier, had a great time attending Career Day at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, connecting with the next generation of skilled trades professionals!
With over 500 students in attendance, it was an incredible opportunity to showcase what we do, from custom design and fabrication to real‑world project ex*****on. We enjoyed sharing insights, answering questions, and giving students a closer look at the exciting opportunities within the trades.
Events like this are a powerful reminder of how important it is to invest in young talent and spark interest in hands‑on, meaningful careers.

🚒 Built for Training. Built for Strength. 🚒
We’re currently fabricating these large‑scale stair structures designed specifically for firefighter training environments. Once complete, these staircases will be stacked four levels high, providing firefighters with safe, realistic access to elevated training modules that prepare them for real‑world scenarios.
This is no small build. Each structure is carefully engineered for durability, stability, and performance, ensuring it can withstand the demanding conditions of ongoing training.
These units will be traveling all the way to Georgina, ON, where our crew will handle the on‑site installation.
From design and fabrication to delivery and install, we provide our clients with a true end‑to‑end solution. No handoffs, no guesswork, just reliable results.
We are proud to support the crews who protect our communities by building the infrastructure that helps train them safely.

🌟 Co-op Student Spotlight! 🌟
At our shop, we believe the future of the trades starts with real, hands-on experience, and we’re proud to play a part in shaping it.
Right now, we’re mentoring two high school co‑op students, Reade and Logan. Over the next 5 months, they will have the opportunity to learn welding, fabrication, machining, and the day‑to‑day rhythm of a real working shop.
By supporting co‑op programs, we’re not just teaching skills, we’re helping build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for the next generation of tradespeople. These students bring energy, new perspectives, and a willingness to learn that inspires our whole team.
Skilled trades are essential to our communities, and investing in young talent is one of the most meaningful ways we can give back.
