Located in Odessa Ontario our plant is over 7,000 square feet of state-of-the-art machinery ready to create a wide variety of custom-fabricated items to suit our clients’ needs. We service primarily eastern Canada but have many clients all over North America. was incorporated in 1999 and began as father and son team, Don and Jeff Willis, with over 40 years of combined experience in machining, welding and fabrication they have created a solid business devoted to custom machining, welding, fabrication and installations. Our team has grown over the years with each employee bringing years of experience working with a wide variety of metals including iron, stainless steel, titanium, copper, brass, and aluminum which enables us to confidently complete virtually any project imaginable. Combined with our experienced staff and state-of-the-art machinery, Willis delivers high-quality products that are done right the first time. We use advanced Solidworks 3D design software, and Radan profile and punching software to ensure all products are fabricated to the highest quality and shortest lead times.

💍🔥 A Seamless Installation 🔥💍

This weekend, our Project Design Manager traded drawings for wedding plans and officially tied the knot!

In our shop, we're all about strong connections, precision fits, and building things to last, and it looks like this project checked all the boxes.

After a thorough review, we've inspected the workmanship, verified the fit-up, and are proud to give this marriage our official shop stamp of approval.

What makes it even more special? He chose to get married on the anniversary of the day he started with our company. Now that's dedication! While most people celebrate a work anniversary with cake, he decided to celebrate with a wedding. We have to admire that level of commitment.

Building Safer Access for Essential Maintenance

When Utilities Kingston needed a safer way for workers to access and service their screening unit, they called on our team to design and build a custom solution.

We fabricated and installed a durable aluminum work platform complete with grating, safety railings, and ladder access, providing a secure and efficient workspace for maintenance personnel.

Previously, workers relied on ladders to reach critical service points. This new platform improves safety, accessibility, and efficiency, making routine maintenance safer and more effective.

At the end of the day, it's all about creating practical solutions that keep people safe while helping essential infrastructure operate reliably.

Our Project Design Team, Aaron Crocker and Tyson Chenier, had a great time attending Career Day at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, connecting with the next generation of skilled trades professionals!
With over 500 students in attendance, it was an incredible opportunity to showcase what we do, from custom design and fabrication to real‑world project ex*****on. We enjoyed sharing insights, answering questions, and giving students a closer look at the exciting opportunities within the trades.
Events like this are a powerful reminder of how important it is to invest in young talent and spark interest in hands‑on, meaningful careers.

We’re currently fabricating these large‑scale stair structures designed specifically for firefighter training environments. Once complete, these staircases will be stacked four levels high, providing firefighters with safe, realistic access to elevated training modules that prepare them for real‑world scenarios.
This is no small build. Each structure is carefully engineered for durability, stability, and performance, ensuring it can withstand the demanding conditions of ongoing training.
These units will be traveling all the way to Georgina, ON, where our crew will handle the on‑site installation.
From design and fabrication to delivery and install, we provide our clients with a true end‑to‑end solution. No handoffs, no guesswork, just reliable results.

🌟 Co-op Student Spotlight! 🌟
At our shop, we believe the future of the trades starts with real, hands-on experience, and we’re proud to play a part in shaping it.
Right now, we’re mentoring two high school co‑op students, Reade and Logan. Over the next 5 months, they will have the opportunity to learn welding, fabrication, machining, and the day‑to‑day rhythm of a real working shop.
By supporting co‑op programs, we’re not just teaching skills, we’re helping build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for the next generation of tradespeople. These students bring energy, new perspectives, and a willingness to learn that inspires our whole team.
