We have just completed the finishing on this gorgeous bathroom, it started out as a single vanity sink and built in bathtub.

This customer purchased a new black sink and after removal of the old stainless sink we determined that we had to remove approximately 2” of granite at the back.
After careful planning and measuring we used a diamond blade to remove The granite and drop the new sink in.
Installed the faucet and rebuilt some drain piping and we think it looks fantastic.

Hydronic upgrade for this homeowner, we removed an old carrier furnace and power vent water heater and installed an IBC VX series Boiler, indirect tank and IBC air handler. Everything was installed neatly and the boiler set up with efficiency in mind. This new system is also whisper quiet and will provide many years of comfort.

Time for some upgrades, this 30 + year old furnace was failing and was in need of replacement. We also updated the water heater, humidifier and a Tekmar thermostat.
This thermostat not only looks great but only requires 2 wires upstairs and has many other features such as accessory relays in this case to control the humidifier.
The system is paired with an evaporator coil to make AC install quick when the time comes.

We had a customer call with black rubber chunks coming his master bathtub. We have seen this before and once we saw the braided pushfit lines on this tank. We knew the lines were degrading. We drained and flushed the tank and installed new copper piping. Water has cleared up and this tank should last a little while longer.
