We took a steep lot at the side of Grand lake and got it ready for a new custom home. The start of a turn key project that includes lot clearing, blasting, excavation, septic and landscaping.

Before, during and after a recent project, we overcame limited access and tight spaces. We hammered bedrock on both sides to make room for a larger foundation, improved drainage and replaced a soft laneway with engineered fill. The excavated rock was kept on site for future landscaping.

Finished excavation this week on a new home build in wakefeild. One corner had to be raised to grade with engineered fill. All the material will stay on site to be used as backfill once the foundation is completed
