**Cutom Fireplace Surrounds**

This custom fireplace project turned out great!

On this project we removed the existing fireplace surround and shelves, then installed custom built floating shelves with lower cabinets and mantle. As well, we installed a nice pre-finished shiplap behind and new tile around the fireplace. This living room also had a sunken floor, so we filled it in to match the height of the surrounding rooms to create a much better flow into this room. This really gave the space a nice warm and open feel to meet our customers vision that they had.

Another awesome transformation completed!

On this project we changed the flooring in the living room and main entry stairs from the old laminate flooring to a beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring and also changed the fireplace tile. This was a great update to this space and will look and perform great for many years to come. We used a high quality 8mm vinyl with built in underlay and had custom stair nosing made which really gave this a clean finished look. ***All wrapped up***

Today we finished up another beautiful exterior with James Hardie siding and Owens Corning Duration Flex shingles. This was definitely a unique job and it couldn't have turned out any better!

*** First deck of the year***

We are so thankful for this beautiful weather for this time of year and that we are able to be building decks right now!

Here's a look at a Pressure treated deck with skirting and custom stairs that we just completed for McKee Homes . We have just recently started doing some projects for them and are really looking forward to working with them more in the future!

**Putting the waste where it belongs!!

Here we are behind the scene that no one sees. Although our transformations can make your home look amazing, they do produce quite a bit of waste. We take pride in taking the time to sort all the waste to ensure as much gets recycled as possible! Although this all goes on behind the scenes, we really do feel great about doing our part in keeping as much waste from the landfill as possible!

*** Basement Transformation!***

Here we are at it again with this amazing basement re-development that we did. For this project we completely removed all the existing development down to the bare concrete walls, giving us a perfectly clean slate to work off of with everything be brand new from and we could ensure top quality from start to finish.

We also performed a much needed electrical panel upgrade and all new pex plumbing lines to the basement as well as the main floor of the house before we closed off access.

***Rich colours***

We just finished up another beautiful exterior renovation with James Hardie fibre cement board and trim. Iron grey paired with arctic white trim gives this country home a beautiful “rich” appearance! It also pairs wonderfully with the cedar porch!

**Re-roof with a view**

Here is a re roof that we did recently, and with a view like that who would say no! Our customer lives in a Very windy location and has always had issues with shingles blowing away and lifting. To fix this we did a re roof with Owen’s Corning Duration shingles which are covered for up to 140 mph winds! This will be the last time they have to do another roof for a long time and that's what we’re all about!

We also rebuilt their chimney and properly sealed as the old one was rotten due to poor design and water proofing. Everything we do is built to last which give you way more value for your money in the long run. Do it once and do it right!

**Adding a Distinct touch!**

We returned to one of our clients home to add some distinct touches and install matching hardieboard on their shed for them. We also custom made and installed a beautiful cedar barn door for them too!
