🛠 Proactive Optimization for Increased Manufacturability: One of our recent projects involved addressing a customer's requirement for a leak-proof joint. Traditionally, we used stitch welding with silicone to ensure a secure seal. However, we recognized the potential for improvement and proactively optimized the part for increased manufacturability and customer benefit.

💡 Innovative Design Solution: Our team identified an opportunity to enhance the joint by adding a return fl**ge on the sheet metal, providing more surface area contact.
