This week, we bring a whole new series of wherein we will delve deeper into each project, its challenges and features that makes it stand out from the rest.
Every project comes with its own set of challenges which further strengthen us in the right ways.
A 3,450 sq. ft. new-build veterinary clinic was constructed, incorporating dedicated living accommodations for on-call veterinarians.
At Rycraft, new construction is a core strength—spanning from initial site work through to final interior finishes. For this project, our scope included wood framing for the primary building structure, with integrated steel stud framing for the stairwell’s tall walls and non-combustible exterior wall assemblies.
Following completion of the structural phase, Rycraft transitioned seamlessly into insulation, air barrier systems, drywall installation, and full interior finishing. Our ability to execute both wood and steel framing and interior fit up, positioned Rycraft as a uniquely qualified subcontractor for this project.
