🏗️ Construction Update – CEPEO Rockland High School (ESP Rockland)

Exciting progress continues at the future home of ESP Rockland! Structural steel installation is ongoing, and the load-bearing masonry is nearing completion.
Once complete, the new school will feature an impressive gross footprint of approximately 80,650 sq. ft., designed to support both academic excellence and student well-being.

The facility will include:

📚 Classroom Wing�• Administration offices�• Modern classrooms�• Science laboratories�• Library and learning spaces

🏀 Commons & Gymnasium Wing�• Cafeteria and gathering spaces�• Fitness and workout areas�• Double gymnasium with theatre capabilities�• Change rooms and support facilities

It's exciting to see this project taking shape and becoming a future hub for learning, athletics, and community engagement in Rockland.

🏗️ New Kemptville K–12 School – CECCE

Construction is well underway on the new K–12 school in Kemptville. Designed to accommodate 417 students, this ~57,786 ft², two-storey facility will provide a modern and functional learning environment while supporting the growing Kemptville community.

The building features a conventional structural steel frame combined with load-bearing concrete masonry construction, along with two single gymnasiums to support athletics and student activities.

The foundation is now complete, and structural steel and masonry wall er****on are currently in progress as the building begins to take shape.

Great progress at Greystone Village Phase 3!

Crews are preparing for the Level 2 slab pour this morning on our two-tower residential build — a 6-storey South Building and 7-storey North Building, connected by underground parking.

Love seeing the structure rise and the project take shape floor by floor. Onward and upward!

🔦 Project Spotlight: Ottawa Valley Wild Bird Centre – New Facility Coming Soon! 🐦🏗️
We’re proud to support the development of the Ottawa Valley Wild Bird Centre’s new, state-of-the-art facility —structural steel roof and a tilt-up concrete and building set on 17+ acres of natural landscape. This purpose-built space will significantly enhance the Centre’s ability to care for injured and orphaned wild birds while expanding community education and environmental stewardship.

🚧 Construction Milestone – Greystone Phase 3

We’ve officially reached ground level at Greystone Phase 3! After completing the raft slab and major concrete pours, crews are now forming and pouring the ground floor slab, laying the groundwork for the towers to rise.

This exciting development includes a 6-storey and a 7-storey concrete tower, connected by a shared underground parking garage and a unified ground-floor podium — all designed for strength, efficiency, and community living.

Next up: we go vertical! 🏗️
