A view from above.

This is what a large multi-building repair project looks like from the air. Scaffolding up, walls opened, and fresh house wrap going on building by building.

From the ground, you may only see a bit at a time. From up here, you can see how much our crew has already covered!

Big buildings. Big repairs. One dedicated crew.

Our team has been hard at work on a large repair project across multiple condo buildings in Kanata. We opened up the walls, repaired the rot, replaced the damaged sheathing and wrapped everything with new house wrap.

The right equipment and the right people make all the difference on a job this size.

Lead by action, movement creates momentum.

Show up, be ready, be on schedule, and be dialled into the details.

Do those things, and the entire job site runs like clockwork.

Right now, it just looks like a maze of open walls, but that will all change soon when those roof trusses go up. The shape of the home will all make sense.

Trusses don't just support the roof; they define the silhouette and give the home its shape. Getting this phase started right is non-negotiable.

Every measurement and anchor must be dead-on so the structure sits square and carries the load safely.

Precision in the prep makes all the difference.

Don't ignore soft spots on your exterior!

Trouble could be brewing right underneath.

Hidden wood rot compromises your home's structural integrity long before it shows on the surface.

Catching it early saves you thousands in repairs!

A big renovation is underway!

We’re diving into a full exterior renovation on these buildings. They’re getting a complete upgrade with brand-new siding, low-maintenance PVC trim, soffit, fascia, and seamless eavestroughs.

Stay tuned to watch this property turn around!

From Dated Stucco to Architectural Statement!

The Before:

Weathered, cracked stucco and outdated finishes left this exterior looking tired, flat, and dated. It lacked character, curb appeal, and modern warmth.

The After:

A sleek, contemporary transformation driven by mixed-material design. We replaced the worn stucco with thermo-poplar wood cladding from WoodPlank paired with sharp, MACMetalArchitechture dark metal accents.

Let us know what you think of the change!

Siding renovations on a large job isn't just about ripping of the old stuff. This Phase is about preparing for a safe, and solid install.

This phase has 2 BIG priorities:

Site Safety: demolition can mean falling debris risks. Secure staging, appropriate lifts, and construction fencing, and full PPE keep the crew safe.

Substrate Inspection: Once the old cladding is off, we inspect the sheathing, framing, and flashings for hidden rot or moisture damage. Never cover up structural issues.

Inspect every foot, do it right, and build to last.

Flashing tape adds essential protection to trouble spots.

Every window.
Every door.
Every pe*******on.

Proper flashing adds another layer of moisture control to the building envelope.

The details you don't see are often the ones that matter most.
