Careful demolition is the first step of every successful exterior renovation.

Our goal during this phase is simple: expose what's behind the siding without causing unnecessary damage to the building.

As each section comes off, we're inspecting for signs of moisture intrusion, structural movement, insect damage, and evidence of previous repairs. Every layer tells a story, and this is our opportunity to identify hidden issues before they become bigger problems.

The quality of the finished project depends on the quality of the substrate beneath it. That's why we take the time to inspect, repair, and prepare every surface before installing a new exterior system built to perform for decades.

A glimpse into one of the most important steps you'll never see once the home is finished.
