This business is extremely rewarding, especially from my chair here at the drafting board.
Weโve grown this business from me, my mine and k-pro restoration Inc.
Now weโre 17 men crews, 6 full-time office staff and more design-build contracts than I can keep up with.
Right now I handle all the design work, sales,build,estimates, drafting and a fair amount of project management.
Itโs a lot, but I have great staff support and crew leaders who get it.
After 20 years, Iโm ready to take on more of my own projects and passions.
So Iโm making room for a landscape designer/production manager to help take some of this work off my plate.
