Their work reflects the versatility and performance that precast construction offers in today’s evolving built environment.
A great example is One Boulevard in Montréal, a 12-storey residential project featuring 530 structural precast concrete elements. By combining precast and cast-in-place concrete, the project achieved faster er****on, greater site flexibility, and a durable structural envelope in a dense urban setting.
