Welcome to the CPCI family, Facca Incorporated!
Since 1955, Facca has built a reputation as one of Ontario’s premier bridge and heavy civil contractors. Their experience with precast construction includes major infrastructure projects such as the Herb Gray Parkway, where their team erected more than 1,200 precast girders.
We’re thrilled to welcome Facca as a new CPCI member and look forward to seeing their expertise continue to strengthen and advance the precast concrete industry across Canada.

Thank you q. AIBC Conference 2026!
CPCI was proud to be part of this year’s conference at the Vancouver Convention Centre West from May 25–27.
This year’s theme, People / Place / Possibility sparked meaningful conversations about the future of the built environment. Thank you to the organizers and to everyone who stopped by the CPCI booth to connect with us. We enjoyed the opportunity to share ideas and talk precast with you.

• Maxime Frappier |

We’re excited to welcome as a new CPCI member! ✨
Their work reflects the versatility and performance that precast construction offers in today’s evolving built environment.
A great example is One Boulevard in Montréal, a 12-storey residential project featuring 530 structural precast concrete elements. By combining precast and cast-in-place concrete, the project achieved faster er****on, greater site flexibility, and a durable structural envelope in a dense urban setting.

Our team had the pleasure to attend the OASBO event last week in Niagara Falls, where professionals gathered to explore how to build more resilient, adaptable, and functional schools through collaboration and innovation. The conference was a great opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and bring back valuable insights to our team and projects. Thanks OASBO for this great event and looking forward to the next event in July!
