Always a blast attending the Canadian Condominium Institute - Eastern Ontario Annual Conference in the historic town of Kingston, Ontario!

As a proud supporter of the event, Keller was honoured to be a Platinum Sponsor and exhibitor.

A few highlights from the conference:

👉 Andrew Van Bakel joined Cheryll Wood, Natasha Mayhew-Smith, and Stephen Skolny on stage to talk collaboration! Contributing his expertise on major repair projects in condominium communities and sharing his insights on planning for long-term building performance.

👉 Jennifer Farquharson and members of our Eastern Ontario team had the opportunity to connect with clients and new industry contacts, discussing the challenges and opportunities their buildings may face in the years ahead.

👉 Beyond the educational sessions and networking opportunities, we enjoyed great company at the pre-conference dinner - we witnessed some truly impressive karaoke performances. (Kingston condo community may have some future Canadian Idol contestants in its ranks)

Aging buildings were top of mind for many attendees, which is no surprise given that many condominium buildings in the Kingston area are now more than 30 years old.

If your condominium is facing the challenges that come with an aging building, and you'd like to continue the conversation with our team of restoration and project experts, let’s chat!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at WB Condo Con!

Congratulations to Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa Company for raising an impressive $212,000 for Associa Cares! 👏

It was a pleasure connecting with both clients and new faces from across the Golden Horseshoe community. We always appreciate the opportunity to share what we do, answer questions, and take part in conversations that support condominium communities.

With the sun shining in Hamilton, Val, Drée, and Kelly welcomed the WB community in the bright lobby of Carmens Event Centre.

Justin also joined a speaker panel to present: Aging Condos: Planning and Delivering Successful Restoration Projects.

What keeps high-rise residents comfortable year-round & is critical for a building’s health? 🔍

Heating. Ventilation. Air Conditioning. What we commonly refer to as HVAC.

HVAC systems in high-rise buildings can be complex, but our team is here to help.

Miguel Plano and Nyah Slusarenko recently visited CMG’s Ottawa office for a Lunch & Learn session on the HVAC systems that keep high-rise buildings operating efficiently and residents comfortable.

Our “Introduction to HVAC Systems” session for limited licence managers helps condo professionals better understand the essential HVAC equipment within their buildings, including:

👉 Boilers

👉 Chillers

👉 Cooling Towers

👉 Makeup Air Units (MAUs)

👉 Heat Pumps

👉Fan Coils

Understanding how HVAC systems operate, their maintenance requirements, and the causes of common failures helps managers stay proactive, minimize disruptions, and better support their communities.

Thank you to for having us, CMG!

Would your condo management team benefit from a Lunch & Learn on HVAC systems in high-rise buildings?
