Dormer finished. With the difficulties of getting materials and staff shortage due to Covid-19, I am happy to say we took this one off the list .

To all the people we serve, due to the times that we are facing as well as the government of Ontario's new mandate for essential services, and what it is considered an essential service, we are scaling back some of our services to help do our part.
We will only be servicing emergency leak calls for a client's roof and exterior finishes. All other services can still be booked for a later time this year once the Covid 19 has subsided and it is safe to us resume work as normal.
Other measures that we are implementing are that there is no physical contact. On a repair, there will be a maximum of no more then 2 workers. Communication can be done through phone, email, messenger, facetime ext...
Payments and contracts will all be done electronically as we accept etransfers, and major credit cards.

Just an update from an earlier post this year. This is the finnished product of a pocket ribbed tin roof. The home owners went through hell and back courtesy of the first original contractor that was hired to protect their home, their investment, their family. Happy to have served and help the McColm family be at ease with thier renovation nightmare. Between the roof leeks, broken promises, time frame of the job increasing from 1 month to almost a year, and original contractor not following the scope of work laid out in the agreed contract, ext... I hope me and my team have restored some faith in this family hiring contractor
