Today the Lightenco team is attending the Annual Forum hosted by Partners in Project Green.

We're proud supporters of PPG because their mission closely aligns with our own: bringing together building owners, operators, sustainability professionals, and solution providers to accelerate environmental progress through practical action.

The challenges facing our buildings and infrastructure are too complex for any one organization to solve alone. Real progress happens when people share ideas, challenge assumptions, learn from one another, and work together to implement meaningful solutions.

Events like the Annual Forum create those opportunities.

Today I met with our newly elected Joint Health & Safety Committee.

This is important to us and I wanted to spend a few minutes to chat with the team about why.

Every one of us has someone who expects us to come home tonight. That's the real reason health and safety matters. This committee isn't about paperwork. It's about people.

Every workplace incident has a name attached to it. A family attached to it. A story attached to it. Our job is to do everything we reasonably can to ensure that never happens here.

At Lightenco, safety is not separate from operational excellence—it is operational excellence. It reflects how we plan, communicate, lead, and care for one another.

I'm grateful to this team for being willing to take on this responsibility. The work of this committee matters because the people of this company matter.
